Combatting Religious Intolerance through Dialogue

Even though religious freedom is a constitutional right, many religious minorities do not experience that freedom in their day-to-day lives. As the American religious landscape continues to significantly diversify, religious minority communities have experienced repeated discrimination and violence.

This webinar will explore how dialogue can promote understanding of our First Amendment freedom and share ways that communities can advocate for their rights as well as the rights of others. This event will feature educators and religious leaders from across the nation sharing their insights on the value of dialogue and religious freedom today.

Panelists
  • Trey Daniel, Education Manager, Georgia 3Rs Project
  • Sophia Jetpuri-Naviwala, Educator, Al-Falah Academy
  • Richard Foltin, Fellow for Religious Freedom, Freedom Forum

This webinar series was made possible by generous support from the Templeton Religion Trust, Andrew and Julie Klingenstein Family Fund and the Cousins Foundation.
