Freedom Forum sponsors debate with journalists and Seeds of Peace program participants

With the breakdown of the most recent peace talks between Israelis and Palestinians, both societies must renew the struggle to find common ground. Seeds of Peace is a nonprofit organization that brings Israeli and Palestinian teenagers together to learn about each other's cultures, gain conflict resolution skills and build mutual understanding and respect. The successful seven-year-old program has expanded recently to include Greek and Turkish youngsters from Cyprus and teenagers from the Balkans. Participants attend a summer camp in Maine together and visit Washington, DC at the conclusion of their trip. Join us as Seeds of Peace participants from Israel and Palestine debate media coverage with journalists.
